Earn & Learn

Once you have passed your first 2 exams and have had 40 hours of instructor training you will have the chance to Earn as you Learn, by this we mean you have the option to have a training driving instructor badge (PDI pink licence). This will enable you to take out paying clients to practice and perfect your teaching skills. We recommend this for all instructors. The trainee badge can be renewed but this is not guaranteed.

We are extremely proud to have some of the best ADI trainers in the UK train our instructors. It is most likely that we will have an instructor near you already that you may find beneficial to buddy-up with to discuss your training and to practice and hone in your tuition skills on each other.

We are a family run driving school and each and every one of our instructors is so important to us. We are not like corporate companies who just want to tie you in to long contracts, we want to help you, we realise how important it is to make a living and therefore we are extremely fair, we look after our instructors because without them our school wouldn’t exist.
