Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page.
Any payments paid to the instructor direct by any means, eg. cash or bank transfer is solely between the pupil and the franchised instructor.
We cannot be held accountable for any payments that have been made to your instructor. The safest and most secure way to protect your money is by paying Bennetts Driving School Ltd by debit/credit card by phone to our office.
If you have paid your driving instructor direct then your complaint should be against your instructor who is self employed.
If you have paid Bennetts Driving School Ltd, your money is protected and you will receive a refund/part refund depending on the complaint and how many hours are still outstanding.
Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer Introductory Lesson
1st lesson at a discounted rate – 1.5 or 2 Hours (Depending on Location)
To help determine the current standard of driving OR to provide a controls lesson and an amount of initial practice to pupils who have never driven before. Not available to full licence holders. Not available to anyone with a practical test booked. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Must be paid by card upon booking.
Each pupil can only take advantage of one offer.

The term ‘lesson’ is for a duration of 1 hour.
The pupil will be charged a full lesson price unless 48 hours notice is given by phone to our office or instructor to cancel.
All our offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
We reserve the right to refund any offer.
All prepaid lessons and courses are valid for up to 6 months from the time of payment to the instructor, online or the office.
All of our instructors are self employed and on a contracted franchise to us.
Any monies paid to the instructor are of no connection with Bennetts.
Your instructor is entitled to withdraw their car for the usage of your test, should they feel you are not ready.
We are entitled to change offers and prices at any time.
Gift vouchers and pre-payments are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
